The Ponderosa Real residence is adapted for both people with mobility and those who should be assisted. It has accommodation for indefinite stays and for short stays as post-operative or rehabilitations as well as for holidays, long weekends and weekends.

They have physiotherapy service to offer rehabilitation treatments, maintenance and improvement of the physical conditions of the residents that are completed by adapted gymnastics and daily occupational therapy.
